General Terms And Conditions Of Sale (GTC)

PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between the brand MixoWear (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any adult individual making a purchase on the website Mixowear.com (hereinafter “the Customer”), exclusively for deliveries made within Morocco.

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site at the time of consultation by the Customer. MixoWear takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of products (sizes, materials, care instructions). However, minor variations in color may appear due to screen display settings.

PRICES

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery is free throughout Morocco. MixoWear reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated, which will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Order Validation: The order is considered final after confirmation by MixoWear (via email or phone).
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Secure online payment (credit card or payment solutions offered on the site)
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
Online Payment Security: Transactions are protected by an SSL encryption protocol.

MixoWear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or incorrect information.

DELIVERY

Delivery is provided only within the Moroccan territory to the address indicated by the Customer during the order.

Cost Shipping to Casablanca: 20 DH
Cost Shipping to Outside Casablanca: 40 DH
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over 600 DH.
Delivery Times: Orders are delivered within an average of 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.
Receipt: The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. Any anomaly must be reported immediately to the courier or customer service.

Risks related to transport are transferred to the Customer at the time the package is handed over.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange, except for personalized or worn items.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags intact.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of error attributable to MixoWear.
Refund: In case of online payment, the refund is made after receipt and verification of the product.
Cash on Delivery (COD): No cash refunds will be made; an exchange or store credit may be offered.

WARRANTIES

MixoWear undertakes to deliver products that comply with the description on the site. Any product with a proven manufacturing defect can be exchanged or refunded after verification by customer service.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the customer relationship. MixoWear undertakes not to disclose this data to third parties, except for legal obligations or logistics providers. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority between the Customer and MixoWear. Otherwise, the Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
