    Package tracking allows you to follow your order in real-time after it has been shipped. You will receive a tracking link via email.

    Are delivery charges free?

    Delivery Times

    Delivery is free for all orders over 599 DH. For orders below this amount:

    • Casablanca: 9 DH
    • Other cities: 32 DH
    How long will delivery take?
    • Major cities: 24 to 48 business hours
    • Other regions: 2 to 3 business days
    What happens after I place an order?

    Once your order is confirmed, we process it immediately. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp. The order will be packed and shipped, and you will get updates for tracking.

    Do I receive an invoice?

    Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to your email after placing the order.

    When is the payment taken from my bank account?

    Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made directly to the courier when you receive your package. Online payments are not available at the moment.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Can I return a product?

    Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving the product, but only if the item is defective or the size is incorrect.

    Which products cannot be returned?

    Personalized or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Who pays for return shipping?

    The customer pays for return shipping, except in cases of MixoWear’s error or defective products.

    How can I request a return or exchange?

    Contact us before sending the package, and we will guide you through the process.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
