Eddy –
This shirt has a nice heavyweight feel and the material seems good, but the fit wasn’t quite what I expected.
The cotton is definitely thick and heavyweight, it doesn’t feel thin or flimsy.
Because of the boxy shape and raglan sleeve design, it makes me look a bit fatter than usual, especially around the torso. If you like an oversized or loose streetwear look, this might actually be a plus.
Hibou –
I ordered a Large (L) size and it fits as one would expect for a large, I would order-to-size. The sleeves run a bit long and come down to just above the elbows – just like the photos indicate. The texture (refer to photos) is styled nicely – it is not just a smooth shirt but has some texture, for lack of a better word, to it. The stitching is good and consistent and the accent markings near the shoulder at a bit of color/contrast to the shirt without being ‘flashy.’ It does have a distressed vintage look and I could not be happier with how it looks. It is also very comfortable and ‘sturdier’ than a standard/normal cotton T-shirt. 4 out of 5 stars. I hope this review is helpful to you.

This heavyweight vintage tee really delivers on the look and feel. The thick, high‑density cotton has a sturdy, premium weight that holds its shape, nothing thin or flimsy here. The boxy fit and raglan sleeves give it that relaxed, retro streetwear vibe while still looking intentional. I also love the vintage wash and subtle distressed edges; it feels like a well‑worn favorite right out of the package. The contrast stitching adds a nice touch and makes the design stand out.
Just keep in mind that it’s a true oversized, cropped‑style fit, so checking the size chart is a must. Overall, a stylish, well‑made tee with real character.

This review is for the Men’s Vintage Distressed Heavyweight T-Shirt – Boxy Fit Raglan Sleeve Cotton Tee – American Retro Streetwear Top, size Small. Color brown.
I almost got the medium in this and am glad I went with small because it really is oversized and boxy, a smaller size would really have been even better. I am female, 6’1” tall and 130 lbs and usually wear a medium in women’s. I love the brown color, it is more of a reddish brown, dried blood, maroon color. It says to line dry but I put it in the dryer with no issues, I am okay if it shrinks a little, but I don’t think that it did noticeably. The cotton material is thick and durable but still soft and not stiff. I washed it with color catchers and similar colors the first time and it only bled a little in the washing machine, not as much as I expected given its dark reddish color, so I will probably put it in with my regular laundry (I always use color catchers) after 1-2 more cycles with like colors. * The fit is boxy and oversized. If you order your normal size, this can look odd so you may want to order a size down.
* My shirt had some issues with the sewing on one of the white triangles (see photos). The edges of the triangle are not straight, and a miss-stitch makes it look like there’s a loose thread near the top of the triangle. These are small issues, but they do throw of the overall vibe of the shirt.
Hibou –
Overall, this shirt is a disappointment because of the odd shape and size. I got this for my son. He is 5’10” and 180 pounds, his normal size is a large and that’s what I got. It’s too short for him and it’s too wide! If you get this for a shorter rounder male, I think it would be o.k. but if it’s too short for a guy only 5’10”, I think it would be a crop top on someone taller, like my husband at 6′. I like the design, the vintage washed out look with the white accents is eye-catching.
I measured the shirt and from the underarm to the bottom of the hem and it is only 14.5 inches. That’s compared to other t-shirts of his which have an average of 17″ for the same measurement. As far as the circumference, this t-shirt has a 54″ circumference compared to his other t-shirts which average a 40″ circumference. Note: These measurements were taken before washing!
The material is 100% cotton and extremely heavyweight, much more than your average t-shirt.
